In order to contact you regarding a purchase, sizing, color preference or other questions we may have to better serve you we ask that you give us your name, mailing address, and email address. We use PayPal as our payment preference and we will never ask you for credit card information or any other sensitive financial information. All purchases that you may make from our website are to and through the third party PayPal to which our links take you. You financial information is never seen by us or given to us by these merchants. See the privacy policies for these merchants on their sites.

Payment Options

Our Shopping Cart is set up to take PayPal which allows you to use Visa, MasterCard, and American Express Credit Cards. You may also pay by Electronic Check or Debit Card.

Shipping Policy

Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

Shipping to Alternate Addresses

If you will not be home to sign for your order, NYCITYJEWELRY.COM can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise priced $1000 or more to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.

If you cannot be available, or have someone else available to sign for your package, you can have it shipped to your local FedEx location so that you can sign for and pick it up at your leisure. Find the FedEx location nearest you.

Shipping Options

NYCITYJEWELRY.COM will ship your order free and insured to your doorstep.

If your order is being shipped via FedEx® Priority Overnight or 2Day delivery service:
•FedEx Delivery usually arrives in one or two business days (Monday through Friday) following shipment.
•NYCITYJEWELRY.COM will ship only to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.
•Signature is required for shipments totaling $250 or more, regardless of any waivers you may have with FedEx.

If your order is shipped by FedEx Priority Overnight or FedEx 2Day delivery service, a signature is required upon delivery for shipments totaling $250 or more. If you are unable to be available for signature on a weekday, we can arrange a Saturday delivery for an additional fee. Call 505-271-0906 to discuss any special shipping requirements.

If your order is being shipped by FedEx Ground:

•FedEx Ground Delivery usually occurs in one to six business days after it is shipped from NYCITYJEWELRY.COM.
•May arrive on Saturday, at no extra charge.
•NYCITYJEWELRY.COM will ship only to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.

If your order is being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or an APO or FPO address via USPS Priority Mail:

•Delivery usually occurs within three business days after it is shipped from NYCITYJEWELRY.COM.
•NYCITYJEWELRY.COM will ship only to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.
•No signature is required.

Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That way you can be sure you made the right decision.

If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving in its original condition within 30 days of shipment for a refund or an exchange. It's that simple.

Return Policy

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than NYCITYJEWELRY.COM), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no NYCITYJEWELRY.COM return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

How To Prepare A Return

To return a diamond or jewelry item to NYCITYJEWELRY.COM, follow our three step process:

1. Your Return Authorization Code. Email us at: maggie@nycityjewelry.com and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the return sticker found at the bottom of your original invoice. Affix the sticker to the outside of the box you are returning.
2. Package Your Return. Place all the original packaging in the box. For security reasons, do not write NYCITYJEWELRY.COM anywhere on the outside of the box.
3. Insure Your Package. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
 •Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
 •More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached nycityjewelry.com.

FedEx and UPS will not insure merchandise over $500.

All of our fine pearl, diamond, gemstone and gold jewelry is guaranteed to be as described. We only offer first quality merchandise which is examined by and described by a GIA Jeweler.
